STEP 1
You schedule a hearing diagnostic by phone or online
STEP 2
At the appointment, a hearing aid specialist performs a hearing diagnostic and selects a hearing aid based on your individual characteristics: the degree of hearing loss, the additional features needed in the hearing aid, etc. Hearing diagnostics when purchasing a hearing aid are performed FREE OF CHARGE.
STEP 3
If in doubt, you can use the trial wearing service, which is provided FREE OF CHARGE. In this case, you receive a trial device for temporary use (for up to two weeks). If for some reason the device does not suit you, it can be returned or exchanged for another one.
STEP 4
After the initial fitting of the device, one or two additional adjustments may be required to select the optimal operating mode for your device. Additional hearing aid adjustments are performed FREE OF CHARGE.
