On the use of the sluh.kz website

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Agreement") establish the procedure and rules for an individual (hereinafter, the "User") to use the website of Fonamed Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 061140012525 (hereinafter, the "Company"), located at sluh.kz (hereinafter, the Website).

A User of the Website is an individual who has the right to accept the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and who has agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

The User confirms that, in accordance with the acceptance of the public offer, they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full without any reservations. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, they undertake to stop using and viewing the Website.

1. General provisions

  • 1.1. The current version of the Agreement is posted at: sluh.kz/polzovatelskoe-soglashenie.
  • 1.2. The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this Agreement at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The User independently monitors changes to the Agreement and reviews the current version before visiting the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are made means the User accepts and agrees with them.
  • 1.3. Relations between the User and the Company are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rights, obligations and liability of the User and the Company

  • 2.4. The Company is not liable for any losses or lost profits that may arise from the use of the Website, including through the use of mobile communication devices.

  • 2.6. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing and translating any element of the Website without the written permission of the Company.
  • 2.7. The User has no right to modify, copy, reproduce or distribute the Website or its elements. The Company grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Website subject to compliance with the terms of the Agreement.
  • 2.8. Any modification, copying or reproduction of the Website's elements without the Company's written consent constitutes a violation of its rights. The User does not receive any ownership or other rights to intellectual property objects.
  • 2.9. The User undertakes to verify information about medical services and products posted on the Website with the manufacturer's official sources and the State Register of Medical Devices of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Disclaimer (Limitation of liability)
