Exchange terms

According to the order of the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2020 No. ҚР ДСМ-104/2020 "On approving the Rules for wholesale and retail sale of medicines and medical devices", medicines and medical devices are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Hearing aids are classified as medical devices, and under this law such devices are not subject to return or exchange.

The only case in which medical devices are subject to return is when the consumer discovers a factory defect that has been confirmed by an official service center.

If your case falls under the above provision, you may return your purchase for an exchange of the same product or a refund. Be sure to keep your receipt.
