How to apply for an installment plan

An installment plan helps customers purchase hearing aids "here and now" without any overpayments.

To apply, the customer needs to review the following conditions:

  1. resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  2. age 18 and older;
  3. have a banking app on their phone.

The most common way to buy a product in installments is through the "Kaspi Bank" service:

  1. Submit a loan application for your purchase using the corresponding form on the website or by tapping the "Installments" button in the Kaspi.kz mobile app, then follow the steps provided.
  2. You'll get a loan decision in just a minute, right on your smartphone screen.
  3. The approved loan amount will be available for 3 days. During this period, you can pay for your chosen products at one or several stores. To pay, simply scan the seller's QR code at the checkout and select "Credit" as the payment method.
